Devised theatre

Devised theatre, which is also known as a collaborative creation, is a process in which the whole creative team develops a show collaboratively. In the devised theatre, there is no script originates from a writer or writers, but everyone from actors to technicians are involved in the creative process.

Devised theatre has advantage that it allows people to make their own work with their creation without time or content restrictions; therefore, in current days, some professional and education theaters use the process of devised theatre to perform revisionist theory, or deconstruct dramatic literature. The form of theatre has become popular over the few decades particularly in the United States, and it becomes as s strong tool in creating conversations with an audience.
