Mini paragraph (in class writing)

In romeo and Juliet, the story ends with the tragedy which both Romeo and Juliet die. In my personal opinion, the person who affect the biggest influence of their death is Friar Lawrence, who allows the marriage between Romeo and Juliet. During the book, Friar Lawrence allows their marriage since he thinks that their marriage would provide a peaceful relationship between Capulets and Montagues through saying “Thy love did read by rote, that could not spell. But come young waverer, come, go with me. In one respect I’ll thy assistant be. For this alliance may so happy prove to turn your households’ rancor to pure love.” This dialogue from Friar Lawrence clearly reveals his hope and the reason allowing their marriage is that he wants two families to become peaceful and to get rid of the racor between them through Romeo and Juliet’s Marriage. However, his choice was completely wrong, and even leads to the tragedy of the story. If he really realizes and thinks about their lives and how dangerous the marriage is, he should have to oppose to their marriage and somewhat make Romeo and Juliet to get far from each other. Additionally, if he stops their love and marriage between Romeo and Juliet, the story would never end with the worst tragedy which is both of their death. In my general opinion, I think Friar Lawrence is the biggest influential character who leads to Romeo and Juliet’s death, by allowing their marriage and imagining that their marriage would make the peaceful relationship between the two families.
